Ingredients

For serving

½ bunchesChives
4 ouncesYogurt (low-fat)
½ teaspoonsground paprika (sweet)
½ teaspoonsground paprika (sweet)
1 pinchbell pepper paste
1 pinchSalt
½ cupsMineral water (ice cold)
In addition: Ice cubes

Kitchen Utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender

Directions

Display mode:
1 Rinse chives and shake dry. Set a few chives aside for garnish and mince the rest.
2 In a high-sided container, combine yogurt, minced chives, see paprika, hot paprika, chili pepper paste and salt. Puree with an immersion blender.
3 Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in smoothie and top with mineral water. Serve immediately, garnished with reserved chives.
