Preparation steps

Peel ginger and kiwi and cut into pieces. Clean, wash and chop apple, celery, spinach and lemon balm.

Put everything together with lemon juice, flaxseed oil, and 3.5 ounces of water in a stand mixer and puree very finely. Pour smoothie into glasses and serve.
