½ Cucumber
1 handful Fresh herbs (parsley and chervil)
8 Ice cubes
1 Lime (juiced)
mineral water (as needed)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse kale and remove hard stems. Rinse apple and cucumber. Cut apple into quarters, core and cut into wedges. Remove ends from cucumber and cut into slices. Rinse herbs, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Purée kale with herbs, apple, cucumber, ice cubes and lime juice in a blender.

Divide between four glasses and top off with mineral water.
