- 2 Kiwi (peeled, sliced)
- 1 yellow Apple (cored, sliced into wedges)
- 10 ozs honeydew melon (flesh, chopped)
- 1 Avocado (peeled, chopped)
- 1 green chili pepper (sliced into rings)
- 1 handful Basil
- ½ handful Arugula
- 1 Tbsp Bean sprout
Preparation steps

Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree them finely.
