- 1 pc fresh ginger (about 1.5 ounces)
- 1 small Lime
- 4 ozs small Strawberries
- 4 ozs Blueberries
- 4 ozs red Currants
- liquid Sweetener (to taste)
- 32 fluid ozs mineral water (chilled) or any sparking water
- In addition: Ice cubes

Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Garlic press, 1 Punch bowl (or pitcher), 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Bowl, 1 Sieve, 1 Fork, 1 Measuring cups
Preparation steps
1.
Peel ginger and cut into small pieces. Put in a garlic press and extract juice into a punch bowl or pitcher.
2.
Halve and juice lime and add to punch bowl.
3.
Rinse strawberries, gently pat dry and halve if large.
4.
Rinse blueberries and drain well.
5.
Rinse currants, drain in a sieve and remove from stems.
6.
Add fruit to punch bowl, mix in sweetener to taste and let stand for about 25 minutes. Pour in mineral water and ice cubes and serve.
