Preparation steps

Peel turmeric with a teaspoon and grate very finely. Halve the oranges and squeeze out the juice. Also squeeze the juice from half the lemon.

Put turmeric in a pot with orange, lemon, blood orange and apple juice and add spices. Heat everything over medium heat and let it steep for about 10 minutes, covered, but not boiling.

3.

Sweeten citrus-turmeric punch with honey, pour through a sieve into glasses with handles and serve.
