- 200 grams fresh Salmon (thinly sliced)
- 4 sprigs Basil
- 0.5 Lemons (organic, zested)
- 0.5 Limes (juiced)
- white freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Arrange salmon on a plate. Rinse dill and basil and shake dry. Pluck dill from stems. Finely cut basil leaves.
Sprinkle salmon with lemon zest, basil and dill. Drizzle with lime juice and season with some salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
