pink Peppercorn (crushed)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the salmon, pat dry and cut into very thin slices. Arrange on plates. Rinse, trim and thinly slice the scallions and transfer to a bowl. Stir in lemon juice, honey, ginger and the oil and season with salt.

Rinse the lettuce and spin dry. Scatter the lettuce on the salmon and spoon the dressing over.

Serve sprinkled with the pink peppercorns.
