- For the salmon
- 600 grams fresh Salmon
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp Lime zest
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- For the garnish
- 1 Cucumber
- Leeks
- Thai basil
Preparation steps

For the salmon, freeze fillets briefly, then cut into thin slices with a sharp knife. Arrange decoratively on a plate and season with salt and pepper.

Mix oil and lime juice in a bowl and then drizzle over salmon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and lime zest. Rinse cucumber, cut into thin slices and arrange decoratively on the plate. Cut leek into longer pieces and small rolls. Serve salmon garnished with basil and chives.
