- 4 starchy potatoes
- vegetable oil (for sauteing)
- salt
- For the salmon
- 400 grams Salmon (very fresh)
- 1 Orange
- white peppers
- 4 Tbsps Salmon caviar
- 100 grams Sour cream
- Basil (for garnish)
- 4 Lemon wedge
Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes, peel and shred on a box grater, drain on paper towels.

Heat oil in a wide pan. Working in 4 batches, drop 1/4 of the potatoes into the pan, flatten and saute until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the remaining potatoes. Drain on paper towels.
3.
For the salmon: Cut the salmon into small cubes and transfer to a bowl. Squeeze the orange and mix it with the salmon, season with pepper. Divide the potatoes among 4 plates and top each potato pancake with the salmon and 1 tablespoon of salmon caviar. Serve garnished with a
