Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F). Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil.

Peel, rinse and thinly slice the potatoes. Peel, chop and spread the garlic in the dish. Lightly salt the bottom of the dish. Layer the potatoes in the dish and pour in the cream. Season with salt and nutmeg. Cook for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
