- 800 grams predominantly waxy potatoes
- 40 grams butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 400 milliliters Chicken broth

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Peel the potatoes and cut into 3 mm slices. Layer the potatoes in a greased baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the white wine and broth into the pan, so that the potatoes are just covered. Cover with butter flakes. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown. Serve hot.
