4 Tbsps grapeseed oil
2 Tbsps White vinegar

Preparation steps

Rinse the salad greens and spin dry.

Rinse, quarter, core and slice the apples.

3.

Halve the orange and squeeze the juice. Blend the orange juice with the honey, oil and vinegar until thoroughly combined, and season with salt and pepper. To serve, toss the greens with the apples and dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
