½ head Lollo rossa
½ head Iceberg lettuce
100 grams Dandelion greens
1 smaller Radicchio
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
salt
peppers (from the mill)
How healthy are the main ingredients?

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the greens and spin dry. Tear into bite sized pieces and mix together.

2.

Whisk together the oil and vinegar with the parsley. Season with salt and pepper. 

To serve: Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve in a bowl.
