1 Lime

Preparation steps

1.

Halve grapefruit, remove segments and cut into cubes. Rinse empty grapefruit halves and line with rinsed lettuce leaves.

2.

Peel and slice kiwis. Peel carrot and cut into matchsticks. Mix carrots with kiwi and grapefruit. Drizzle with oil, the juice of half a lime and honey. Mix well.

3.

Blanch shrimp in salted boiling water. Drain, peel and place shrimp in grapefruit halves. Season with salt and pepper. Divide fruit salad among grapefruits and serve garnished with lime zest.
