- For the salad
- Lettuce (1/2)
- Batavia lettuce (1/2)
- 1 red onion
- 300 grams bright, seedless Grape
- 150 grams Feta
For the salad, rinse and trim the lettuce, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on a plate. Peel the onion, cut in half lengthwise and then cut into thin strips. Crumble the feta.
Rinse the grapes and cut in half lengthwise.
Distribute all the salad ingredients over the lettuce leaves.
For the dressing, combine the vinegar with the mustard, sugar, and oil, mix well with a whisk and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the dressing into the salad and serve in bowls.
