Rinse the lettuces, separate the leaves, rinse, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the melon flesh into small cubes. Pick out the raspberries and rinse them.
For the dressing, mix both types of vinegar with the oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Mix the lettuces and fruits with the salad dressing, transfer to bowls and serve showered with nuts.
