1 organic lemon
150 milliliters dry white wine (or grape juice)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the oranges with a sharp knife, rinse and cut into fillets. Squeeze the peels and collect the juice. Peel the mango, remove the pit and cut into thin columns.

Peel the kiwis, halve lengthwise and cut into slices.

Rinse and halve the grapes. Peel the pear, quarter, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Mix the fruit, lemon juice, orange juice and sprinkle with sugar.

4.

Rinse the lemon, cut into quarters, cut into thin slices and mix into the salad. Pour in the white wine (or grape juice). Mix well and chill for approximately 2 hours before serving.
