3 Tbsps honey
400 grams Greek Yogurt (0.1% fat)
4 Tbsps slivered almonds

Preparation steps

1.

Arrange the pineapple chunks with the juice in four bowls. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife, removing the white skin. Cut the oranges into fillets. Squeeze the juice from the rest of the orange.

Peel and halve the kiwis. Mix the kiwi with the orange segments. Stir the orange juice with 1 tablespoon of honey. Pour over the fruit and divide between the four bowls. Stir the yogurt and the remaining honey until smooth and divide among the bowls. Roast the almonds in a dry pan and distribute among the bowls. Serve immediately.
