Nutritional values

Dried fruits are a real treat: with plenty of magnesium and fibre, they make this dessert a delicious food with a beneficial effect on digestion and nerves; lactic acid bacteria from soured milk further increases the positive effect on the intestines.

Drink a large glass of water with this dessert - this ensures that the dietary fibres can work particularly well.
