2 ½ cups Shredded coconut
cup almonds (finely chopped)
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Knife (zum Bestreichen), 12 längere Wooden skewers

Preparation steps

1.
Combine the apricots, coconut, almonds and condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
2.
Shape into balls and roll in desiccated coconut to coat.
3.
Place in paper sweet cases and leave to stand uncovered for about 2 hours until firm.
4.
Place a piece of apricot on each ball.
