Ingredients

For serving

small Lemons
ripe Avocado (about 75 grams)
¼ripe Kiwi (about 80 grams)
¾ tablespoonsunfiltered Apple juice
⅛ cupsMineral water (ice cold)
In addition: Ice cubes

Kitchen Utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 deep bowl

Directions

Display mode:
1 Squeeze lemon juice into a tall vessel. Remove avocado pit. 
2 Using a spoon, scoop out flesh and add to the lemon juice. 
3 Peel kiwi, cut 2 slices and set aside. Dice remaining kiwi into small chunks and add to avocado. Add apple juice. Using an immersion blender, puree until smooth. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in smoothie mixture. Top with mineral water and garnish with slices of kiwi.
