- 1 tsp honey
- 5 Tbsps grapeseed oil

- 2 Apple
- 2 scallions
Preparation steps

Halve, seed, and juice the pomegranate. Mix the pomegranate juice and seeds with the lemon juice, honey, and olive oil Season to taste with salt and red pepper flakes.

Halve, remove the seeds, and thinly slice the avocados. Peel, quarter, remove the core, and thinly slice the apples.
