1 day-old White roll
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
3 sprigs parsley
1 egg
salt

2 Tbsps vegetable oil
250 milliliters Whipped cream
250 grams Natural yogurt
2 tsps medium hot Mustard
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

Soak roll in cold water. Peel onions and garlic and dice finely. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop finely. Squeeze excess water from the roll. Place in a bowl and mix with the egg, onion, garlic and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into balls.

In a pan, heat the oil and fry the dumplings until golden brown on all sides, 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the cream with the mustard and the yogurt and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve the dumplings with the sauce.
