Turkey Kebabs with Mustard Dip
Rinse the meat, pat dry, cut lengthwise into narrow strips and thread onto 4 skewers.
Preheat the oven to 250°C (approximately 475ºF / gas mark 6).
Brush the meat with a little mustard dip and cook in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Meanwhile, mix the quark with the cream, the remaining mustard dip and the diced pepper and serve with the skewers.
