- 18 ozs skinless Salmon fillet (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- For the dip
- 5 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 1 red chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 scallion (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Preparation steps

For the marinade: mix together all the ingredients and marinate the salmon cubes for about 30 minutes.

Heat the grill.

Remove the salmon from the marinade and grill for 2 - 3 minutes until lightly browned. Brush with the marinade from time to time.
4.
For the dip: Mix together all the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
5.
Serve the salmon with the dip.
