Herbed Mustard Dip
Rinse the parsley, pat dry, remove the leaves and chop finely.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, 1-2 tablespoons of warm water, apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt. Slowly pour the canola oil in while whisking vigorously. Continue whisking until the sauce reaches a creamy consistency. Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with hot dogs or sausages.
Pour the sauce into small glasses and serve for dipping the drained sausage.
