300 grams turkey breasts (4 thin slices)
1 garlic clove
1 tsp chopped oregano
1 tsp hot ground paprika
2 Tbsps olive oil
4 Tomatoes
1 Red onion
1 green Pepperoncini
2 Tbsps chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Peel garlic, squeeze through a press and mix with oregano. Season with paprika and salt and whisk in oil. Place the slices of turkey in the seasoning mixture and allow to marinate for about 15 minutes.

Rinse the tomatoes, quarter, core and dice. Peel onion and chop finely. Rinse peperoncino, slit lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Combine tomatoes, onion, peperoncino, cilantro and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick frying pan and add turkey slices. Fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side. Serve with tomato dip.
