800 grams turkey breasts
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp freshly chopped oregano
1 Tbsp ground paprika
4 Tbsps olive oil
6 Tomatoes
2 red onions
1 green Pepperoncini
2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse and pat dry turkey breast, cut into 8-12 thin slices. Peel garlic, squeeze through garlic press and mix with oregano, pepper and oil. Coat turkey slices with seasoning mixture and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.

Rinse tomatoes, quarter and remove seeds, dice into small pieces. Peel onions and chop finely. Rinse peppers, halve lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs and chop finely. Combine tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

3.

Heat dry nonstick skillet and cook turkey slices for 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold with tomato salsa.
