Chicken with Lemongrass Marinade If your lemongrass skewers collapse, simply stick them in the marinade, slightly flattened with the back of a knife and use normal kebab skewers.

Preparation steps

Marinate the chicken with ginger, turmeric and a little seasoning for 30 minutes.
