1 Wok, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler

Preparation steps

Rinse turkey pat dry and cut into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) cubes.

Cut bell pepper into quarters, remove seeds, rinse and dice. Peel carrots and cut into fine strips.

Heat the oil in a wok or a large frying pan. Pour in meat, season with salt and brown over high heat.
