150 grams Peas
1 red Bell pepper
1 yellow Bell pepper
150 grams button Mushroom
salt
freshly ground peppers
vegetable oil (for Wok)
3 Tbsps Mung bean sprouts
1 Tbsp soy sauce
sweet Chili sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Cut pork cutlets into strips. Peel onion and cut into thin half-rings. Thaw peas. Cut bell peppers in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into thin strips. Rinse mushrooms, cut in half and then into quarters if necessary.

2.

Season pork with salt and pepper. Heat oil in wok and brown meat. Push to side, add more oil and add vegetables. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add sprouts, heat and season with soy sauce and chili sauce. Serve.
