- 2 sheets Oak leaf lettuce
- 4 sprigs smooth parsley
- 4 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
- ½ tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp medium hot Mustard
- ¼ tsp ground paprika (hot)
- salt
- peppers
- 4 ozs cooked Chicken breasts
- 1 little Pita bread (about 60 grams)

Preparation steps
Rinse the lettuce leaves, shake dry and tear into large pieces. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.
Mix yogurt with oil, mustard and paprika and season with salt and pepper. Mix in parsley. Cut chicken into thin strips or small cubes.
Slice pita bread horizontally so that one edge remains intact. Brush cut surfaces with some yogurt sauce.
Fill pita bread with lettuce, chicken meat and remaining yogurt sauce. Serve immediately.
