- 600 grams lamb (leg)
- 1 untreated lemon (zested and juiced)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Pita bread
- 2 scallions (only the green)
- 50 grams Whipped cream

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into cubes. Season with the lemon juice, zest, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and marinate for about an hour.
2.
Sear in hot oil in a roasting pan for about 4 minutes. Set aside to rest. In another pan, fry the pita bread lightly.
3.
Rinse and trim the scallions and cut into rings. Cut the bread in half and fill with the meat. Spoon on a little sour cream.
Shower with the scallions and serve with a salad if desired.
