Schnitzel Stuffed Pita Bread
Season meat with salt and pepper, then coat with flour, beaten egg, and, finally, breadcrumbs. Cook cutlets in hot oil on both sides until brown.
Mix carrot and cabbage with lemon juice, olive oil, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
Warm pita breads in a hot oven and cut in half. Place the schnitzel and salad inside bread. Serve immediately.
