- 3 garlic cloves
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- juice of half a lemons
Preparation steps

Thoroughly rinse and trim the spinach.

Peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slices.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the spinach and garlic for about 10 minutes.
