- 20 King prawn (ready to cook, deveined and peeled down to tail segment)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pc fresh ginger
- 1 lemon
- 1 red Pepperoncini
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Rinse the ginger and cut in 1-2 slices. Zest part of the lemon. Cut the fruit in half and squeeze the juice of one half. Rinse the pepper and cut into rings.

Heat 3-4 tablespoons oil in a pan, add the garlic, ginger, lemon zest and hot pepper. cook briefly and remove from the heat. Add 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice and let rest.

Pour the remaining oil in a hot pan and cook the shrimp over medium heat 2-3 minutes, turning once. Season with salt and arrange on a preheated dish or plate.
4.
Drizzle and serve with aromatic garlic-lemon oil.
5.
Serve with fresh baguettes.
