2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse spinach, remove tough stems and blanch in salted water for about 1 minute. 

2.

Peel garlic. Rinse the chillies, half lengthwise and remove the seeds and white membranes. Coarsely chop the flesh. Mix the garlic with the chillies and the oil in a food processor and finely shred. Chop the spinach and add to the chillies mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

3.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a frying pan.

Mix the finished spaghetti with the spinach-chili sauce.

To serve: Transfer to plates and top with bacon.
