- 600 grams Spinach
- 4 shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 3 Tbsps Peanut oil
- light soy sauce
- Fish sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and coarsely chop spinach.
2.
Peel shallots and garlic and cut into slices.
3.
Rinse chile pepper and chop finely.
4.
Fry shallots and garlic in a wok in hot oil. Add chile pepper, ginger and spinach. Cook briefly. Season with soy sauce and fish sauce and serve immediately.
