- 400 milliliters Tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsps White vinegar
- salt
- 2 pinches cayenne pepper
- 20 shrimp (with shell, without head)
- 600 grams fresh ravioli (with meat filling)
- 4 Tbsps Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp minced cilantro
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground peppers
- 50 milliliters dry white wine
- cilantro (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Boil drained tomatoes, bay leaf, sugar and vinegar in a pot. Season with salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Boil for about 5 minutes.
Rinse shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
Cook ravioli according to package instructions.
Combine mustard and cilantro.

Heat olive oil in a pan and cook shrimp on both sides for about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with white wine. Remove from heat and stir in mustard mixture.

Pour tomato sauce onto plates, top with ravioli and shrimp. Serve garnished with cilantro.
