- 4 cloves garlic cloves (finely sliced)
- 2 red chili peppers (cut into rings)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 16 King prawn (ready-to-cook)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 sprig Basil (leaves finely chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Fry the garlic and the chilli in hot oil in a large pan until golden.
2.
Add the prawns and fry for around 2-3 minutes. Drizzle with the lemon juice, stir in the basil and season with salt and pepper before serving.
