Preparation steps

1.

Mix creme fraiche and yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and horseradish. Rinse chives and dill, shake dry, finely chop and add to horseradish cream. Rinse, pat dry and thinly slice cucumber. Rinse sprouts and dry well.

2.

Toast bread. Spread with butter, then horseradish cream. Top with cucumber, smoked salmon and sprouts. Serve immediately.
