Preparation steps

1.

Cut butterfly shapes out of the bread with a cookie cutter or a template. Cut the smoked salmon into butterfly shapes. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Rinse the arugula and spin dry.

2.

Spread half the butterfly bread slices with butter. Place the salmon on the other halves. Spread the horseradish on top of the salmon and cover with the arugula. Place 2 chives on the sandwiches, peaking out like antennas. Sandwich with the buttered butterfly bread slices. Serve the sandwihes with the tomatoes.
