2 Tbsps Caper
4 Tbsps olive oil
4 Tbsps White vinegar

Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Halve the avocado, remove pit, cut into wedges and remove the skin. Sprinkle flesh with lemon juice. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and cut into strips.

Arrange the lettuce with onion, tomatoes, avocado wedges and capers on 4 plates. Mix oil with the vinegar, season with salt and pepper and drizzle over salads. Divide smoked salmon among the salads. Serve garnished with parsley and lemon slices.
