- 3 garlic cloves
- 200 grams pickled sun-dried Tomatoes
- 50 grams Pine nuts
- 70 grams Parmesan
- 300 milliliters olive oil
Preparation steps

Peel the garlic. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown. Remove from the heat and set aside. Finely chop the garlic in a blender.

Add the sun-dreid tomatoes, parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and oil to the blender. Puree completely, then transfer to a glass jar and seal well.
