1.
Boil the potatoes in salted water for approx. 25 minutes until tender. Drain well.

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6.

Blanch the broccoli in saltwater for 3-4 minutes. Drain, and then place in a baking dish.

Mix together the egg and creme fraiche and stir in the cheese. Season with salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg and pour over the broccoli. Bake for 10 minutes.
5.
To make the sauce, mix the lemon juice and zest with the yogurt and season with salt. Arrange the potatoes with the sauce, the broccoli and the salmon on plates and serve.
