- 2 Smoked mackerel
- 300 grams Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps Horseradish cream (from the jar)

Preparation steps
1.
Remove the mackerel skin, remove any bones and cut the fillets into small pieces. Mix with crème fraîche and horseradish in a blender and puree.
2.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into four ramekins and cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve with toasted bread and pickles.
