- 3 slices Pumpernickel bread
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 1 Tbsp freshly grated Horseradish
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 150 grams Smoked trout
- 3 Tbsps freshly grated Horseradish
Preparation steps

Cut small circles from bread using a round 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) cookie cutter. Mix cream cheese in a bowl with lemon juice, crème fraîche and horseradish and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Place cream cheese mixture into a piping bag with a large tip. Pipe cream cheese onto prepared bread, divide smoked trout into pieces and place trout over cream cheese. Serve with sprinkled freshly grated horseradish.
