Preparation steps

1.

Puree raspberries, sugar, lemon juice and liqueur with a hand blender. Fill fruit mixture into a shallow metal tray and place in the freezer. When mixture beings to freeze, stir with a fork. Do this three to four times to prevent the formation of large crystals.

2.

Scoop sorbet balls and serve garnished with fresh raspberries.
