- 100 grams sugar
- 400 grams Watermelon
- 100 grams Raspberry puree
- 1 fresh lemon (juice)
- 1 tsp Rose water
- Melon (wedges)

Preparation steps
1.
Dissolve the sugar in a saucepan with 100 mL of water (approximately 3 ounces). Bring to a boil for about 1 minute, then remove from heat and let cool.
2.
Cut the melon into small cubes and puree in blender. Add the raspberries, sugar syrup, lemon juice and rose water. Blend again.
3.
Pour puree into a metal container and freeze for at least 4 hours. Stir vigorously with a fork every half hour.
4.
To serve, scoop sorbet into glasses and garnish with melon wedges.
